Objective of the Training:

• Innovative Strategies: The resource person shared engaging methods such as flipped classrooms and blended learning, supported with real classroom examples and case studies.
• Bloom’s Taxonomy & Question Paper Design: A detailed explanation was provided on Bloom’s Taxonomy, emphasizing the importance of designing balanced question papers that assess all levels of cognitive skills.
• Collaborative Learning: Participants actively took part in creating sample question papers and rubrics, followed by peer review and constructive discussions for improvement.
• NEP Alignment: The training enhanced awareness about NEP-aligned classroom practices and their practical implementation.

Conclusion:
